1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CoreStream Solutions is operated by Time Carve Designs LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

CoreStream Solutions provides custom workflow automation consulting and implementation services using n8n and related tools. Our services include designing, building, and maintaining automation systems that connect to third-party platforms — such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — on behalf of our clients.

3. OAuth and Third-Party Access

Our automation systems require authorized access to client accounts on third-party platforms such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Outlook. The following applies to all such access:

• Access is granted by the client through standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flows.
• We only request the minimum permissions necessary to deliver the agreed-upon automation services.
• We do not access client accounts for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed services.
• Clients can revoke our access at any time through their account settings on the respective platform.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the agreed services.
• Granting appropriate access permissions to the accounts and platforms required for the automation.
• Notifying CoreStream Solutions of any changes to their accounts, systems, or business processes that may affect the automations.
• Ensuring their use of third-party platforms complies with those platforms' own terms of service.

5. Data Handling

We access and process client data solely for the purpose of delivering automation services as agreed upon. We do not sell, share, or use client data for any purpose outside the scope of our engagement. For full details on how we collect, store, and protect data, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Automation workflows and systems built by CoreStream Solutions remain the intellectual property of Time Carve Designs LLC unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Clients retain full ownership of their business data at all times. No ownership of client data is claimed by CoreStream Solutions or Time Carve Designs LLC under any circumstances.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable automation systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platform outages, API changes, or account modifications made by the client may affect automation performance. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of disruptions within our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoreStream Solutions and Time Carve Designs LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from interruptions to automation systems. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement in accordance with the terms of their specific service agreement. Upon termination, CoreStream Solutions will revoke all OAuth access to client accounts and remove any client data held within our systems. Clients' business operations will continue unaffected — there is no lock-in.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
